I received your products last week, and I have to say that in combination with the instruction in your book, your product line is nothing short of revolutionary. I am trying to give myself one month before I throw everything else out that I have related to hair care-- including my blow drier, styling products (gel!!), and several shampoos and conditioners. I am sure everything else is going to end up in the trash if these results continue. I read all of the testimony on your site, and honestly was wondering what the hype was about--- well I am a total convert. Now I know, and now I understand why so many women are crazy about these products. The products individually have changed the way I think about how to treat my hair, but your book has completely changed the deeper way I relate to my hair, on such a personal level. I will try to take pics along my journey, however what I thought was a journey to get more length is now more about a positive relationship with my hair, and the overall health of my hair.

I have a question about the Styling Tips section: #7 states to place the daily oil moisturizer on small sections, and #8 says to flat iron. I am confused as to whether I finish my whole head with the daily oil first THEN start flat ironing, or apply the oil and flat iron the section immediately and work through my head in that fashion. Sorry my email was a bit long winded, and thank you for having the courage to question what the heck we are doing with our hair, and never giving up on the idea that there had to be a better way.

I am actually shocked that these products are not much more famous. I still don't understand how your products are so inexpensive while maintaining high quality! Your products absolutely are hands-down best value for money BY FAR!! I have done extensive internet searching, reading, etc. I am also super excited that I can go get these products at a local store in Durham, NC, Sistas Place. I will go there to check it out, and to have a place to go in case I run out... I am going to the website now to purchase more products for my 2 year old daughter. I just used the shampoo, conditioner, amazing oil, and daily oil moisturizer on her-- and now I know I will not use anything else. The smells are fabulous, and NOT overwhelming, the ACV advice is great-- sorry to ramble, but I couldn't be more excited. I seriously was at the point where I thought I was going to cut off 3-4 inches of my shoulder length hair, and suddenly my hair looks great-- there was even no need for a trim.

Hi Stacey - First off, I want to say thanks! Your daily oil moisturizer is saving my life and my hair. I love the fact that you have used your own experience and interest to create a business for yourself. I think it's awesome!

I have also read your guide and have a question for you if you have a moment: Can you tell me a bit about cornrows as a protective style?

I will tell you my situation: I am a Italian/Latina with coarse curly hair. About 6 months ago, my stylist totally messed up with color which was then removed, etc. You know the story. My hair was fried - I have about 2.5 inches of it now that is mine - the rest is a dull frizzy mess which I seem to be cutting all the time in an attempt to make it smooth. Quite a bit of the hair is broken right where the processing begins.

I've realized lately that having some length would help pull the frizziness out and now I need to just let it grow for a bit.

I've never done cornrows but thought it might be a way to get though the summer and another 2 inches of grow-out. I am concerned, however about possibly inflicting more damage on my hair. What do you think/suggest? What kinds of questions would I ask the person doing the cornrows?

I'd really appreciate your help if you have the time.

I just wanted to take the time to thank you for your products. They are exactly what I needed. I love the Halt conditioner because it is such TLC for my hair. I moisturize everyday where as before I only moisturized 2X’s a week because the many other products on the market are way too greasy for my hair. I love the way my hair feels now. I absolutely can not go without the Amazing Hair oil. I just placed my 3rd order! I have 2 teenage daughters who I am just starting out on the regime and I am really excited about the results!

I have had natural hair for nearly three years, and it has been a rollercoaster. ride One day I love it and the next I want to perm it. This year has been a major struggle because I started graduate school and keeping my hair up wasn't a priority. I honestly got jealous when I saw all of the women who went natural around the same time as me have this long flowing or loose curly hair (my hair is really kinky).

I got on the internet just a few weeks ago and looked for the best natural hair care products. Subject: Why didn't I have this sooner in my life

I didn't forget to provide feedback...

Being at the age of 23 I and many other women have struggled with our hair since we may have been teenagers or younger. Ever since coming across your site, I've been sooo happy to finally found not only products but a recommended regimen to help grow my hair. My hair started to break off extremely last winter and by February/March I had to get a cut. I remember being so upset but when I came home after getting my hair done, the package of products that I ordered through your website was sitting at my front door. I couldn't wait to try it. The next week I found myself doing my own hair and I have been doing it ever since. I only go to the salon for a touch up and sometimes maybe a trim but I've done well on my own. Inch by inch I have been growing my hair back and the big test will definitely come when winter comes around. I hope to have pictures to send soon so that other women can be inspired.

This is approximately my third week using your products and so far I like the results. My hair does not feel rough after washing as before - it actually has a silky softness to it that I like. I particularly love and, I do mean love, the Daily Oil Moisturizer as I use it to slick my hair in a bun. I do wonder about the proper use of it though - should I just apply it superficially to the hair or make sure it goes to the scalp? Right now my hair is in really bad shape because of multiple factors such as applying a colour too soon ,which caused it to totally break off in sections ( this has made me so depressed) and using a relaxer that was too strong for my hair. At the moment, the only good thing about my hair is that it feels soft and looks a bit shiner - due to the use of your products I am sure. So can you help a Sizta with some advice about how to control a sudden case of dandruff and regrow her hair line - with that under control, I am sure the rest of the hair will follow suit.

P.S. I absolutely love the service you offer, please keep it up. Also, I have taken before pictures hoping to become an "after".

My mother and I really like your products. I have notice a difference in both of our hair. I think it has made it extremely healthy and it grows our hair quickly. I had layers cut into my hair in December, I already need to have more layers cut in. My mother suffered from nerve damage and the center of hair would not grow, but she has even length all over. She lives by your product. I on the other hand can only use the shampoo and hair moisturizer because I am allergic to sulfur which are in a few of your products. I used my products this weekend and I think that I'm in love! The cleansing phoo was wonderful, my hair had lots of moisture after my wash. The conditioner complimented the cleansing phoo perfectly. The products came in on the 26th. I started using them the next day. I absolutely love the Amazing Hair Oil! I just used it once and threw away the Wild Growth Hair Oil. (I also threw away all my other hair products - shampoos, conditioners, oils). You were right about the how the oil makes the texture of the hair feel silkier. I applied it and my hair looked like my mothers. Her hair is natural and wavy. Your oil also has a very light, pleasant scent. Another comparison to Wild Growth is your Amazing Hair Oil isn’t so thick.

I also like the creamy consistency of the Daily Oil Moisturizer. The Halt Hair Mask and Deep Penetrating Conditioner have won me over, too. Overall, my hair seems to “react” better to your products than others I’ve tried. I plan on taking the challenge and doing what you outline in the manual. I’m also going to submit an order for my two nieces inTennessee.

Hey, I love your products! The conditioner is great and makes my hair easy to comb through. The oil is light and doesn't weigh my hair down. Hi Stacey,

Everything is going well, its still to early to tell a significant difference but I know my hair looks and feels so much healthier now and it does appear to be growing. I love the Hair oil and it does make a difference I will definitely order some of that along with the shampoo when its available. I am also letting my hair air dry in ponytails now and it comes out better than when I would sit under a dryer, I love it and its so convenient. It looks like my texture has improved even more and it looks so silky. I tie it up at night and no longer rake the brush through my hair and use the comb and use the brush to just neaten like you said and I have seen a difference in my edges it appears to be growing back. Thank you so much for all the information Im excited to see how my hair will look after a year. I will send you pics once I take some more to show the progress. I am still so grateful to you for all of your help with taking care of my hair. It had grown and thickened up so much. Unfortunately due to my putting tracks in myself after dyeing it, it broke it off and it has thinned back out. ( I know, I know better, Ive already beat myself up enough over it) But I am looking forward to getting it back where it was. I now know what not to do. I have placed my order although I still have some conditioner left but Im excited to get the new products. Thanks again and keep doing what you do. You will always have a faithful customer in me. would get a perm with about an inch of new growth
because my hair would be so thick at the roots and
hard to comb. Well let me tell you that your
moisterizer solved that problem. My hair is so
managable in this condition that even my husband is
amazed. He stated that my hair felt so soft and it
wasn't as greasy. I can actually comb it. Forgive me
if I sound redundant but I can't help myself. I'm in
the process of taking pictures to keep up with my
progress. The only thing that I'm concerned about are
my edges (hairline). They are so thin and I wanted to
know if you had recommendations for that. I have
three young daughters and now I have to buy enough for
all of us to use. I guess I shouldn't exclude my
husband either because he's just as fascinated as I
am. I know that I especially talked about the
moisterizer but the conditioner and hair oil are
wonderful too. Keep up the Lord's work.

I'm writing you, with the results of your conditioner. As you know I've been a cosmetologist for over thirty years, I have used many conditioners, moisturizers, detangled conditioners, and conditioners for dry hair. I have never had such fast results. The first client I tried it on was Veronica, she as long hair but its very thin hair. Thin hair tangles very bad, with out telling her I was trying something new she notice after I use the conditioner, the soft texture of her hair, and how manageable it was for me to comb through and blow dry it. I'm very please with such fast result. My second client I use it on, is a new client with very damage hair, she also wears a partials weave. After shampooing her hair, I applied the conditioner put a plastic bag on her hair, and place her under a hot dryer for fifteen minutes, the texture of the hair was soft, I was able to comb through and blow it dry very easily. With out using any oils, her hair had a beautiful shine and a lot of body. This product really works for me. Sometimes I run a tight schedule, I do not have time to place everyone under the dryer, and sometime the client is press for time and need something that works fast, this conditioner does all of that. Thanks for giving me a trial bottle. I'm also please with my hair vitamins, due to some chemical damage I notice thinning around my hair line, I have always had a full healthy head of hair and a beautiful hair line, I was very up set, when my hair was damage. As a stylist we have to experiment new products on our self, before applying on our clients. I used a relaxer that was to strong for my hair, it cause me to have thinning around the hairline. After taking the vitamins for three weeks, I had a full hairline again, this is the absolute truth! Knowing you, as a friend and my client, I know how protective you are about your hair care, as well as others. For the people, who have not purchase your product, take it from me you will be please, and so will your clients, especially customers who have very coarse hair.

Stacey, you are going to do very well with your products. Beauticians and Barbers are always in the market for a new and good line of products that improves the condition of their client’s hair and make their job easier. It is going great. I love your products. My hair is soft and fluffy.
Since it just now touching my shoulders I wear it in a bun most of the time to
keep the ends off my shoulder. I figure when it grows past my shoulders
I can wear it down sometimes.
Your conditioner is the best!!!

I wish I could wear my hair out so that others can
see that 4b hair can be soft. But since I'm using no heat(except on special occasions )
everyone will have to look at the bun for now.

To be honest i was skeptical about buying the products thinking it was just any other so inexpensive. i have been doing a lot of internet research and i have never seen so many feedback from clients so an thinking you have to be doing something right. And girl you are i just converted to relaxers after four years and i thought i would never find anything to keep my hair still full and soft but i was wrong. I used the products same day i recieved them. they smell so good and makes my hair feel so soft so far my favorite is the "amazing oil" and the deep penetrating conditioner. I love oil so i'll be getting an extra bottle each purchase as a matter of fact i showed my sister and she is going to buy some for herself and her two girls. But i might have a problem because i am relocating to europe and i was wondering if you ship to United Kingdom or maybe i can buy in bulk.

Thanks for getting back with me. I have started using the products on my daughter and I even tried them myself. I immediately noticed a difference with your products. Kirin, my daughter, had a very dry scalp and within days of washing her hair and even oiling her scalp she would get these dry patches all over her head. Since using your products I haven't noticed any dry patches. For me, I have been very conscious of reading lables. Your hair care booklet was eye-opening. I do not want to put any products on my hair that contain alcohol. I blow dry my hair on the cool or medium setting and have stopped using my flat iron. I know it's not much, but it's a start. I am still getting lots of breakage. I think it's from not washing my hair often enough. I workout at least 2x a week sometimes more and I don't always get to wash my hair weekly. I can't wait to email you in a few months about the hair growth for my daughter. I know her hair is much better do the information you have researched and the products you have created.     I am so sorry about the patent. I was almost sure that you could patent those types of products. Oh well, but think about the money that you will save!! LOL!!! Yes, I tackled my hair today (this morning). I washed it with your shampoo and than I deep conditioned and sat under the dryer for 30 minutes. I rinsed the conditioner out, towel dried my hair and than applied both oils. I had no tangles. Usually in the past my hair would be a knotted mess. Also,I noticed that there was very little hair in my comb out which is also unusual for me. The only problem I have is with the air drying. I noticed that as my hair dried it started to look a little frizzy and really poofy. How do I remedy this?? How do I get my roots to lie down without the use of a blow dryer? I did ended up wrapping my hair and tied it up. I won't take it down until tomorrow. Your products are great and I am going to take them to my stylist next week. They are way too good for her not to try them!!! You have a winner hands down!!! Simply the best!!! Talk to you soon!!!!

Hi Stacey –

Yes, it arrived on Friday. You know I couldn’t wait to start so I read the booklet and washed my hair that evening in the shower. It’s a lengthy process; I think I made it longer by sitting under the dryer once for the halt treatment and then again for the deep conditioner 30 mins ea. Was I to use the halt and conditioner at the same time? I sectioned & braided my hair, air-dried overnight, early next morning applied both oils to small sections and used the flat iron to straighten (hair still slightly damp so I reduced the heat setting to med)…. Only problem was it made the ends of my hair crispy and hard. Lots of breakage too – I was scared to death. Perhaps that process doesn’t work on virgin hair?

So, Sunday I washed once, deep conditioned, let it air dry for about an hour and blow dried on low heat – flat ironed and my hair feels amazing. Let me tell you, there were no shedding/breakage!! I did my teen daughters hair on Sunday too and gave them the book to read while under the dryer. For the first time in years Stacey, I swear to you, there was no hair to sweep up. I was so happy for them I wanted to cry.

Thanks for a wonderful product. I’ll be placing an order today for more amazing hair oil. By the way, I took my first pic for future posting.

I want to Thank you for the daily hair moisturizer. I must admit that my hair felt 100% different after one use.The DHM felt wet and I was afraid that it would cause my hair to get wavy but to my surprise it didn't. It was amazed that even though it feels wet it does make my hair wet. I wear a relaxer but my daughters do not can I apply the daily hair moisturizer to their pressed hair?

Subject: Thank you for dedicating your time to great products.

As I used your products for the first time this past weekend I felt so excited. The first wash felt different. My hair felt silky, but not ripped of it's moisture which can make hair tangle. I completed my usual 3 washes and put the "Halt" conditioner in my hair. I went under the dryer, washed the conditioner out and washed it once over again, just like you instructed. My hair was easy to come through and it smelled so good. I usually wet wrap my hair, so I just put in the creme moisturizer and wrapped it. Let me tell you the next morning, it not only was dry, but when I combed out the wrap it was defined (not like the usual kinda just blah look, where the hair hangs straight down), it was moist and not weighed down like when I used my old hair oil. I have light hair so grease does nothing good for my hair. I really liked my first result and I have already put through an order for my mom who has natural hair and recommended it to a friend at work!

Sorry to go on, but I also used it in my 21 year old daughter's hair. I used the penetrating conditioner for about 10 minutes and after that I put the hair creme. I blow dried it while coming it through and before corn braiding it I put in the amazing hair oil. Her hair was not greasy, just moist and while coming it, a lot less hair came out.
